Recruiting & Athlete Development — Done the Right Way
Every athlete’s journey is different.
That’s why we don’t sell one-size-fits-all recruiting or training packages.
At Only Us Sports Management, we evaluate first, then build a plan based on what the athlete actually needs — not what sounds good.
Our Process
1. Book a Strategy Consultation
Parents schedule a call and complete a short athlete intake form.
3. Strategy Review Call
We walk families through our evaluation and explain strengths, gaps, and priorities.

2. Athlete Evaluation
Our team evaluates the athlete outside of the call, reviewing film, position, physical development, academics, and recruiting status.
4. Custom Recommendations
We outline a personalized plan based on the athlete’s needs and recruiting reality.
