Darius Smalls | Founder, Only Us Sports Management
A former Division I football player and national champion at Valdosta State University, Darius understands the dedication, preparation, and decisions that shape an athlete's journey.
Through his experience in college football and his work with athletes and families, he recognized the need for clear, practical recruiting education. He created the Only Us Recruiting Playbook to help families understand the process, communicate confidently with college coaches, and make informed decisions about their athlete's future.
His mission is simple: give families the knowledge and tools to navigate recruiting with confidence, without feeling pressured to figure it all out alone.

What Is the Playbook?
More Than a Recruiting Book
The Only Us Recruiting Playbook is a workbook and recruiting operating system designed to help athletes and families navigate the recruiting process with structure and purpose.
Inside, readers work through the key areas of recruiting, including academics, athletic preparation, film, communication with coaches, school research, camps, and personal organization.
You don't need to wait for someone else to tell you what to do. You need a system.
